Do we really appreciate WHY we have been blessed with such Amazing Fruits and Vegetables and HOW we should put them to best use?

But before we examine and list some of the most valuable nutrients and benefits that most fruits and vegetables will provide us with, have you ever stopped to take a brief look at the birth and maturity of a fruit – yes, a simple fruit!

It's been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh water, made dry land, planted a garden, and made animals and fish... all before making a human. So does it not seem that He made and provided for our needs even before we were produced?

Our story goes like this……………….

- Have we ever taken notice of the fact that all fruits – apples, oranges, plums, peaches, bananas, grapes and cherries, are all completely green before they are ripe, plus the fact that they blend in perfectly with their respective trees?
- Maybe they are trying to hide themselves from intruders until they are ready to fall off the tree or waiting to be picked?
- Until they are ready for picking, did you notice how tightly knit the skin of each fruit is packed to protect the insides from insects and to lock in the juices and keep them fresh?
- And yet, what happens if you do not eat the fruit within a particular time-span after it is ripe? They will turn soft and change skin color, as well as lose all their flavor and goodness.
- What is needed so that you can, for generations to come, produce a new harvest over and over again?
- Have you ever given thought to examining the beginnings of these fruits and vegetables?
- Did you notice that within each fruit is its seed which, when planted in to any soil, with just the nourishment of water and sunlight, will reproduce the same type of fruit every time?
- Now put your mind to another phenomenon. Did you ever think about that little seed, and the fact that it contains the formula to spread roots, complete with all the finery of a bark, branches, leaves and blossoms before the fruit finally appears? The only outside consideration is a seasonal one, which is determined again by nature.
